Refund Policy

If it doesn't work on your PC

Contact us within 7 days of buying, on Discord or at redlinemacrosupport@gmail.com, with your order email and what's going wrong. We'll try to get Redline Macro working with you first. If we can't, we refund your payment and disable the licence key.

Other cases

Because you get the full app and your key straight away, we don't normally refund purchases once the key has been activated, apart from the case above. If something's wrong with your order, such as a double charge or a key that never arrived, contact us and we'll sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and PayPal refunds usually arrive within a few business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to an address you give us, at the euro value you paid.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
