Questions
What do I need?
A 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC and an internet connection. The app checks your licence online when it starts. If .NET is missing, the installer adds it for you.
How do I get started?
Buy it, then download the app, install it, and paste the licence key from your purchase email. Stuck? Ask on Discord.
Can I move it to another PC?
Yes. One key works on one PC at a time. In the app, open More and choose Deactivate this PC, then activate on the new one.
Is Redline Boost safe? Can I undo it?
Yes. Every tweak is a normal Windows setting with its own Undo button, a Windows restore point is made before your first change, and "Undo everything" puts all settings back.
Will Redline Boost lower my ping?
No app can shorten the distance to a game server. Boost removes common causes of lag spikes and shows your real ping, jitter and packet loss, so you can see what helps. A network cable instead of Wi-Fi helps most.
Do you give refunds?
If a Redline app doesn't work on your PC, contact us on Discord or at redlinemacrosupport@gmail.com within 7 days of buying. We'll try to fix it with you first, and if we can't, we refund your payment. See the refund policy.
